Long-term Contract Labor, MOB Employees, Current Saint Thomas Hospital Board Members and Allied Health Professionals

To join the Wellness Center, download and submit a completed membership application. Pay by monthly draft. Have full access to the Saint Thomas, Baptist and Middle TN Medical Center Wellness Centers. Those who are YMCA members pay the joining fee and ½ of the pay period dues. Must submit a stop monthly draft form to cancel memberships by stopping automatic drafts.
