SAINT THOMAS HOSPITAL TO HOST FREE "SINUSITIS SEMINAR"

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - (Jan. 18, 2010) - Saint Thomas Hospital will host a free Sinusitis Seminar on Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010.

Participants will learn about sinus conditions and issues, as well as the latest technology and advances available from Saint Thomas Hospital physicians.

"We are committed to providing information and education to support a healthy community. Sinusitis is so widespread, but with the right information and action, patients can manage this condition. This seminar will help explain why people are affected by sinusitis and what treatment options are available today," said Les Donahue, President and CEO, Saint Thomas Hospital.

Sinusitis is one of the most common chronic health problems in the U.S., afflicting 37 million Americans each year. Patients suffer headaches, congestion, fatigue and other symptoms. This condition significantly impacts an individual's physical, functional, and emotional quality of life.

The free Sinusitis Seminar will be Feb. 25, 2010, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. in the Saint Thomas Hospital Medical Learning Center. Registration will begin at 5:00 pm. Dinner will be provided. Free parking is available in the Seton Parking Garage at Saint Thomas Hospital.
