Since 1991, the Good Health Classic has raised more than $4.5 million for the outreach ministries of Baptist Hospital, Saint Thomas Hospital and Middle Tennessee Medical Center.
Proceeds from the 2011 Good Health Classic benefited all 3 hospitals, providing direct patient care and supporting the Saint Thomas Family Health Centers (South and West Clinics).
How did your support make a difference?
Curtis is uninsured, but at the South Clinic he has access to the life-saving medicines and ongoing care he needs to manage his heart disease.
Kathleen is one of hundreds of West Clinic patients struggling with diabetes. Nutritional counseling and medical monitoring have helped Kathleen lose 30 pounds and get her blood pressure under control.Because monthly operating costs exceed revenue at both Clinics, the Good Health Classic ensures this important part of our healing ministry remains strong.
