Melissa Dygulski - Melissa graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. After moving to Nashville, she first worked for St. Thomas as an Outreach Athletic Trainer with Volunteer State Community College in Gallatin, TN for one year before attending Belmont University to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Following graduation, she was accepted into the Neurologic Residency Program at Vanderbilt University’s Pi Beta Phi Rehabilitation Institute in which she completed in August 2014. Melissa is currently an adjunct instructor at Tennessee State University, as well as, an adjunct faculty member at Belmont University. She enjoys hanging out with her husband and her dogs doing house projects or outdoor activities, participating in her book club, and traveling to see family and friends.
Charlene Challenger-Smith PT, SCS, ATC
- Charlene Challenger-Smith has been practicing as a physical therapist for the last 11+ years since graduating from Marquette University in 2003 with a Master of Physical Therapy Degree. While attending Marquette, Charlene became a certified athletic trainer and worked on the field with the Marquette volleyball, soccer, track, cross-country, wrestling and tennis teams. In 2008, she furthered her specialization in sports and graduated from an accredited Sports Residency program and became a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist. She specializes in evaluation and treatment of the lower extremity and is especially passionate about treating endurance athletes and helping them return to their sport when injured. In her free time, Charlene enjoys cycling, swimming and running.
Jennifer Noffsinger, PT - Jennifer completed her Master’s degree from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT and has obtained advanced training in hands on treatment of the spine, shoulder and knee. Jennifer specializes in orthopedic conditions and with 10+ years of experience she has a vast working knowledge. During her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog in the great outdoors.
